It's said that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As our journey is long I thought it wise to stop for sustenance and dine at the table of 'The Breakfast Club'. Be sure to inwardly digest today's message, and always remember to chew your food.

Today we look back at the happiest days of our lives, and ask whether we just didn't know any better, or knew more than we do now. 'Endless Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' leads us on our regression to innocence.
